Customers are required to place their orders one day before the delivery date. For subscription plans, orders will be delivered on the scheduled delivery date as per the chosen time slot.

Delivery and shipment charges depend on the order value and the distance from the kitchen to your location. A charge of approximately 18-25% of the total order value will be applied.

Note: For subscription plans, delivery charges are already included in the subscription fee.
We collaborate with reliable third-party delivery service providers to deliver your orders. These partners are responsible for ensuring that your order reaches your specified address promptly and in good condition.
You can track your order through the third-party delivery app or by contacting our support team for assistance.
In case of a failed delivery attempt due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, our delivery partner may make further attempts or return the order to the kitchen. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-attempts.
